In my opinion this place is a hidden gem that offers free car park to their customers and a really relaxed and enjoyable evening out, suitable to a variety of social events like birthday parties or just a romantic night out. The restaurant provides live music every Friday and Saturday night which adds to the ambiance to this stylish and competitively priced Italian themed restaurant. I would defiantly recommend this restaurant if you want a great meal competitively priced as well as a truly stylish enjoyable night out.

This is a great hotel - very central and close to the train station, shops & restaurants, and good value for money. The rooms are comfortable and it's great to have a little kitchen in the suites.
Rodents seem to be a problem exacerbated by discarded food and litter. It’s just disgusting. The prices of a number activities was a bit unreasonable and sometimes fair. This place and the people who love it is not for me.
Wow! Can't believe this is a 2* (I would have guessed 4*) but can certainly see why it is so highly rated. The suites are well equipped and clean and the staff very friendly. However, the icing on the cake was the breakfast. Advertised as a complimentary breakfast, our expectations weren't high - a website cold buffet was what we pictured.
Will defo be back next time we are in Birmingham - thanks to all the Manager and all her team for making our stay so great.
Staff usually friendly and helpful. Machines could be a bit more friendly though LOL - but at least you can have a free coke whilst playing
Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms, the shower was amazing! The staff are all 5 star, I attended with my daughter and she was treated with such care and attention. Especially the breakfast staff, there was nothing they wouldn't do for us. Thank you for such a lovely experience.
Run down place pelo staff to serve customers drinks and food. The lift out of order for the past7 months and no repair in site have to 3 floors to poker room and back down to smoke room all the time.
